It’s the 6th day of my 365 day Thanksgiving challenge.  Last weekend there was a fatal car accident where a local teenager was killed.  He was a passenger with a friend driving home from a state championship high school football game.  It reminded me of the nights I’d go out with my friends in high school.   Continue reading

It’s the 5th day of my 365 day Thanksgiving challenge.  I recently found out than an old friend of mine was diagnosed with cancer.  I spoke with him on the phone yesterday and despite his condition his spirits were high and he seemed to have the right attitude.  It made me pause for a moment to think about my health.
