It’s the 5th day of my 365 day Thanksgiving challenge.  I recently found out than an old friend of mine was diagnosed with cancer.  I spoke with him on the phone yesterday and despite his condition his spirits were high and he seemed to have the right attitude.  It made me pause for a moment to think about my health. After reading an article on Yahoo! about Demi Moore’s Thanksgiving Tweet, I decided to create a challenge for myself to say thanks every day for 365 days.  (Don’t ask me why I read that article, I’m not one to follow celebrity news.  It was a fluke.)
