Restaurant Review – Mix @ THE Hotel (Mandalay Bay)

Last week, I had a friend, Scott, visit from Chicago. I hadn’t seen him in 8 years and he wanted to go out to a nice restaurant with my wife and I. Since it had been over 8 years since he was in Vegas, I decided to make reservations at Mix, which is located on the 64th floor of THE hotel @ Mandalay Bay.
