I have over 22 years of experience in the hospitality & gaming industry. In March 2011, I moved to Scottsdale, AZ to work for a local casino company.
From 2008 to 2011, I was an independent consultant with Primary Insight. During my time with them, I worked with many large investment firms ranging from private equity groups to hedge funds.
From 2004 – 2010, I worked with the Las Vegas Hilton in Las Vegas, Nevada. My first role with the company was implementing their casino systems and technology. In 2005, I played a key role in the installation and implementation of gaming systems in a newly acquired property in the Indiana gaming market. Later during my stint with the Hilton, I was primarily responsible for the development of strategies and tactics for Casino Marketing related events and programs, Database Marketing, E-Commerce, and New Media which contribute over $160 million annually.
Prior to joining the Las Vegas Hilton in 2004, I spent 9 years working for Boyd Gaming Corporation (BYD) in various capacities from Casino Operations to Corporate Marketing Manager. During my stint at Boyd Gaming, I assisted with the opening of new and acquired casinos in the Louisiana and Atlantic City markets. I was also responsible for providing support to the company’s 17+ casinos in their marketing and analytical efforts.
I earned a MBA from the University of Southern California and BS from the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Any plans for the Hilton to expand their players club program so we can see our offers on line trough the Hilton website?
We are always looking at ways to improve our player’s club program. We currently don’t have any short term plans to roll out an online offer management program for our customers. I will pass along the information to the team. Thanks for your comments!
